Small Scale Project (£1m- 4m)

There is a demand for small, affordable business units to rent in Long Eaton. The former Stable Block attached to Long Eaton Town Hall was surplus to council requirements and has now been converted to provide units similar to those at Bridge House next door. Bridge House has proven to be popular with small business seeking small offices with shared facilities on easy-in, easy-out terms.

Construction of The Old Stables Business Centre was completed in January 2026 to provide a mixture of offices, meeting spaces and workshops. The redevelopment includes parking facilities as well as a courtyard with green space planted up for the enjoyment of the tenants and local wildlife and help combat climate change.
