Phases of Work

• Major works on the High Street will begin on the 4th of June 2026 and are scheduled to end in March 2027. 

• Major works on Tamworth Road will begin in June 2026 and are scheduled to end in November 2026.

• The final part of the work, on the Back Market adjacent to Beaconsfield Street car park is scheduled to end in March 2027.

You can see the phasing plan below, which shows when the phases of work will begin and end. The areas shaded in red show where work will be happening between the specified dates and areas shaded in green show where work will have been completed before the specified dates.
